Resolution & Support Policy
Background
The PowerLogic PM800 series was originally launched in 2003. The PM810 and PM820 models are replaced by the PM5500. The PM850 and PM870 models are replaced by the PM8000.
Repair Service
Continued through December 30, 2021, or until components were no longer available — whichever came first.
Ongoing Commitments
The meter will continue to be supported in power monitoring software as a legacy device
Technical support will continue indefinitely — though from 2021 onward, support is limited to basic support (User Manual information only)
